Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of creditbynainoa.com and the services provided by Credit by Nainoa. By using the site or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the services.

We provide credit education and assistance disputing items on your credit report, help you set up your own credit monitoring (through a third-party provider), and refer you to third-party lenders for business funding. We are not a law firm, a lender, or a credit bureau, and we do not provide legal or financial advice.

You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report yourself, for free, by contacting the credit bureaus directly. You are not required to use a credit repair service. Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act and applicable state law:

• You may cancel your paid service contract, without charge, within three (3) business days of signing it.
• We do not charge a fee for paid repair work before that work has been performed.
• No one can lawfully guarantee a specific credit score increase or that any specific item will be removed. We do not make such guarantees.

Your first dispute round is performed at no charge and requires no payment card to begin. To perform it, we need to see your real credit report, which is why you set up your own monitoring (see below). Ongoing paid repair, if you choose it, is billed after work is performed under a separate written agreement.

Credit monitoring is provided by a third-party service (e.g., Smart Credit) that you sign up for and are billed by directly, under their terms and pricing. It is your own account and your own tool; it is not our fee. You may cancel it with them at any time.

Any business funding is offered and approved by third-party lenders, in their sole discretion, under their terms. We help you position and apply; we do not lend money and we do not guarantee funding, credit, amounts, or rates. Where a success-based fee applies, it is disclosed before you proceed.

Results vary by individual and are not typical. Anything shared by past clients reflects their own experience and is not a promise of your results. We make no guarantee of any particular outcome, timeline, score change, item removal, or funding approval.

Paid plans and their billing terms are presented at checkout. You can cancel ongoing services per the terms of your plan; the three-day cancellation right above applies to the initial paid contract.

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the services lawfully, and not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the site.

The site and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credit by Nainoa disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Credit by Nainoa operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
